Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing support to individual students or groups, assisting them in reaching their desired academic levels.
- Supporting students with special educational needs, such as ADHD, ASD, LMD, SEMH, who may require additional assistance.
- Attending relevant school meetings, briefings, and events.
- Collaborating with parents, teachers, and external agencies to ensure high levels of achievement.
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Teaching Assistant qualification, such as CACHE Level 2 or 3.
- Display enthusiasm and willingness to support students.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Possess an updated CV with an enhanced DBS or be prepared to apply for one.
